Sommelier guided wine tastings

A guided wine tasting held at your villa is a great introduction to some of Tuscany's top wines and a wonderful way to start your week in the Tuscan countryside.

A bilingual Sommelier will come to your villa and set up a tasting of top class regional wines. Each wine will be presented with details on the winery, info on Tuscany's wine regions and traditions as well as insights into wine tasting technique and terminology.

Since this is a private event catered just for you, your Sommelier will personalize the tasting according to your preferences, ranging from a fun and festive cocktail style tasting to an in-depth technical tasting of some of Tuscany's top award winning wines.

Gourmet wine tasting dinners

Create an unforgettable event with a gourmet wine tasting dinner catered at your villa in Tuscany.

Your evening will start with an aperitivo of white wine paired to a sample of regional delicacies and a Sommelier guided mini wine tasting class where you will learn about Tuscany's wine regions and legislation, important grape varieties and wines and suggestions on wine tasting technique.

You will then move on to an elegantly set table for a gourmet Tuscan dinner perfectly paired to top class Tuscan wines. Each wine will be presented by your Sommelier who will join you for your meal, leading you through the traditions of Tuscan cuisine and the art of food wine pairing.

We take care of all the details so you can sit back and enjoy the experience!  If this dinner will celebrate a special occasion, we can add that extra touch, such as fresh flowers, candles and champagne, live music or a beautiful Italian serenade to make your occasion unforgettable.

Wine tasting classes

Spend an afternoon at your private villa enjoying an in-depth wine class with a certified bilingual Sommelier who will lead you through the art of winemaking in Tuscany, its appellations, grapes and wines and provide a guided wine tasting of top class Tuscan wines.

Our wine classes can also be customized to include 2 or 3 day classes where you will learn everything from how wine is made (from the vine to the glass) to technical wine tasting technique and the art of food wine pairing. You will also venture into concepts on what makes a great wine great and how to select, store and serve wine for every occasion. A 2 or 3 day wine class will also include afternoon visits to local wineries where you will meet with winemakers and gain an in-depth understanding of wine in Tuscany.

Creative events

Spa & gourmet Spa days at your villa

A private spa day is an unforgettable event and the perfect way to relax at your private villa in Tuscany.

We work with professional esteticians who will travel to your private villa in Tuscany and offer a full array of beauty and relaxation treatments such as manicures, pedicures, facials, massage and body treatments such as aromatherapy and hot stone massage.

If you'd like to make your day into a uniquely decadent experience, diVino will transform your spa day into a gourmet wine paired event. Each spa treatment in this case will be "served" with a glass of wine selected by diVino Sommeliers to accompany your experience.

If you'd like to wrap up the day with an unforgettable event, you can add a diVino gourmet wine paired dinner at the end of your luxurious spa day.
