through the Chianti Classico region to Montalcino, Pienza and Montepulciano along
the most breathtaking routes in the Tuscany.

Along the way you’ll stop to visit some of the finest wineries in Tuscany, enjoying private tours
of wine cellars and guided wine tastings. Historic villas and castles transformed into luxury
hotels will host you along the way, completing your experience of "full emersion" into the history,
culinary traditions and beauty of this incredible region.

Bike routes range from moderate to challenging and are approximately 40-60km a day.

Day 1
Bike along the winding roads of the Chianti Classico, gaining altitude through thick woods,
olive groves and vineyards stopping along the way for lunch at a hidden "Trattoria" and a tour of a local winery.
Highlights: Evening guided wine tasting and introduction to winemaking in Tuscany.

Day 2
Bike along our Castles of Southern Chianti Classico loop. From Gaiole in Chianti to Castello di Lucignano
and Castello di Brolio, ride through unforgettable landscapes to visit some of the regions most beautiful fortress castles.

Day 3
Bike through the breathtaking Crete Senesi region from Asciano to Montalcino, home of Brunello di Montalcino.
Highlights: Visit the abbey at Monte Oliveto Maggiore to see the world famous frescoes by Sodoma
(and maybe catch some Gregorian chants).

Day 4
Bike along our Montalcino loop. Stop at one of our favorite wineries for a tour of the cellars and tasting,
then on to Castello di Banfi, one of the most famous wine producing castles in Italy.

Day 5
Bike along the famous roads where The English Patient was filmed to Montepulciano.
Highlights: Visit the perfect renaissance village of Pienza and enjoy a tour with a local guide.

Day 6
Bike along our Montepulciano loop. See some of the most extraordinary views in Tuscany
as you bike from Sinalunga to Montefollonico and on to Montepulciano.

Day 7
On your way back to Florence stop in Siena for a guided tour of this unforgettable medieval city.
