Day 1 - Cooking Class & Wine DinnerTravel by private chauffeur from Torino to your charming luxurious accommodations in the hills of the Langhe wine county. Enjoy a cooking class followed by a wonderful welcome to Piedmont dinner of all you’ve prepared paired to a sommelier guided tasting of regional wines where you will learn about the grape varieties and wine regions of Piedmont.

Day 2 - Barolo & BarbarescoTravel with your guide and chauffeur into the heart of the famous wine regions of Barolo and Barbaresco. You'll meet with farmers and winemakers who make some of the top wines in the region, tour cellars and enjoy a delicious traditional lunch paired to amazing regional wines. Return to the hotel for free time before traveling to one of the area’s finest restaurants where your dinner reservation awaits you.

Day 3 - Langhe Cheese & WineVisit a wonderful local cheese farm, where you’ll meet the owners and learn about the cheeses of Langhe followed by a light lunch and tasting of farm cheeses.
In the afternoon you’ll tour another family winery and enjoy free time to visit the towns and villages of the charming Barolo and Barbaresco countryside. Free evening with optional dinner transfer. |

Day 4 - Asti & MonferratoCheck out and travel to the hills of Asti where you’ll tour a wonderful organic farm, winery and microbrewery, followed by a light lunch of locally produced organic cheeses and cured meats paired to the wines and beer of the estate.
Check into luxury accommodations in Monferrato and free time to settle in. That evening you’ll travel to one of Monferrato’s most acclaimed small wineries, where you’ll meet the owners and tour the cellars before enjoying dinner with the winery owners paired to the winery's full array of wines. |

Day 5 - Gems of MonferratoTour a biodynamic farm, where you’ll walk the vineyards, meet the animals and tour the cellar.
You’ll then head on to the historic town center of Casale Monferrato for a lovely lunch of traditional cuisine paired to an array of local wines. After lunch enjoy some free time to explore and shop in Casale. Return to your hotel and free time to relax and enjoy the spa before heading to a wonderful organic winery and agriturismo where you’ll tour with winery and enjoy dinner paired to the full array of estate wines. |

Day 6 - Turin, Chocolate & VermouthCheck-in to luxury accommodations in the beautiful city center of Turin. Enjoy a guided tour of some of the city's historic cafè parlors and an artisan chocolatier, followed by lunch at a local Trattoria. Free time to explore and shop will be followed by an introduction to one of the secret treasures of Piedmont - Vermouth. This exclusive experience will teach you about the world of Vermouth and give you the opportunity to produce your own particular blend. End your tour at one of Turn's best gourmet restaurants for a wine paired dinner.

Day 7 - Turin Market & DepartureAfter breakfast enjoy a stroll through historic Turin with your guide and a visit to the beautiful market of Porta Palazzo.
